• Bookings are only confirmed once you receive a confirmation email from us.
• We reserve the right to modify or cancel tours due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or other unforeseen events.

2. Payments & Cancellations

• A deposit is required to secure your booking. Full payment must be made prior to the tour.
• Cancellation Policy:
  • Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to the tour date will receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations made 15-29 days prior will receive a 50% refund.
  • Cancellations made less than 15 days before the tour date are non-refundable.
• Refunds are processed within 14 business days.

3. Liability

• JUMAINKATOURS.COM is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage during our tours. Travelers are responsible for obtaining adequate travel insurance.
• We are not responsible for any delays or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes).

4. Traveler Responsibilities

• It is your responsibility to ensure you have the necessary documentation (passport, visas, etc.) for your trip.
• All participants must follow the instructions of their guide during the tours. Failure to do so may result in the termination of your participation without a refund.

5. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Peru. Any disputes arising from these terms will be settled in the courts of Cusco, Peru.
